透過 PuTTY 的 Tunnels 當 Broswer Proxy(Security)

在外面使用無線網路(wireless/wifi), 突然想到 gslin 長輩有寫一篇用 PuTTY 的 tunnel 安全地瀏覽網頁, 在搜尋的時後, 沒想到我也有寫過一篇SSH Tunnel, 但還是長輩那篇寫的比較清楚, 而且還有圖片教學, 簡單記錄一下設法.

此做法就是拿 Putty 連的 Server 當 Proxy 來用, 做法如下:

  1. putty 設定選 Connection → SSH → Tunnels
  2. 再來看右邊 Source port(或 alt+s), 寫入 broswer proxy 要設的 port, 通常寫 3128, 再選下面的 Dynamic(或 alt+y), 然後 Add(或 alt+d), 再 Apply 即可.
  3. 再設定 firefox(瀏覽器) 的 proxy, 設 SOCKS主機 127.0.0.1, Port: 3128 即可
  4. 然後用 putty 先連上一台 Server, 即可透過此 Server 安全的連線囉.

Server 的話應該是要有 Proxy 功能的 Server

如裝好 squid 的 Server..:)

NoNo, 不需要裝 squid, 因為這只是拿 Putty 當一個過路的通道, 再接收回來而已 :)

我想他意思是, proxy那台有squid會更好!
